Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Once your order is placed, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order. After products are ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We accept returns within 72 hours of delivery confirmation of your order. Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Please be sure to include your order number when contacting us.
All sale items, decor/vintage decor beauty product and candles are FINAL SALE.
NOTE: Items that contain any form of stain, perfume, makeup cigarette smoke, body odor, animal scent/hair will not be accepted.
Your return must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving notice of return acceptance from us. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns are for store credit only. We do not issue refunds.
We are not able to process online exchanges. If you would like a new size or color, you may return the original item and then place a new order. If you need assistance, please contact us.
Due to Covid-19, your order may encounter shipping delays from UPS/USPS. If your package does not arrive on the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you please wait 1-2 days for it to arrive before contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. After this 2-day period, please contact us for assistance to file a claim on your order. Cloak + Linen cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit
We carefully inspect each garment before we sell it in our shop, however on the off chance you do receive a defective item, please take a picture of it and send it to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If the item is deemed defective, it may be returned for store credit and must be sent back within 5 days of return approval.
